What products do you sell ?
Our products range from embroidered, printed, fashion frill fabrics, bridal sashes, veils, motifs, etc. All our products are customised & made to order.
Do you make Readymade Garments ?
Yes, we make ready made garments such as T-shirts, Skirts, Tops only on special requests & MOQ for the same should be atleast 25 pieces.
What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) ?
For Embroidered & Frill Fabrics : 10 Metres
For Embroidery in patterns like Dresses / Skirts & Tops : 10 Pieces
For Printed Fabrics : 20 Metres
In which countries do you deliver your products ?
We ship worldwide through courier companies like DHL & FedEx.
How much time does the embroidery process take ?
Once the order is confirmed, we'll first show you the approval for artwork & materials to be used for embroidery. After approval, the production time will be approx 4 - 5 weeks depending on the quantity & complexity of the design.
What is the cost of shipping ?
Shipping cost varies across countries, quantity, weight of the product & dimension of the final package. It will be added in the final invoice.
What are your Payment Terms ?
As per our company policy, order are processed after receiving an Advance of 50% & the balance before shipment of goods
How do you receive payments ?
We receive payments through Bank Transfer only.
Is it possible to request for a sample ?
Yes, however, please note that all our samples are chargeable. Price of the sample depends on the design & pattern.
